Not grieving a pregnancy or infant loss? I am grieving

Your grief is real.

Whether your loss was visible to the world or known only to you, the grief is real. You may be grieving a future that felt so real and so close you could almost touch it. You may be carrying something no one around you can see. You don’t have to carry it quietly here. We’re in it too. And we get it.

Note from the Founder

I experienced two miscarriages, and was told my odds don’t look good. I also lost my father, stepfather, brother, and sister. For years, I survived instead of grieved. I searched for something that fit. Nothing did.

Everyone I spoke to who experienced pregnancy or infant loss said the same thing. Nothing out there was built for what they were going through. So I’m building it. Private, on your terms, for as long as you need.

Your grief is safe here.

Common questions

Skyzar supports all forms of pregnancy and infant loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, TFMR, and NICU or infant loss. We also support partner loss, parent loss, sibling loss, and child loss. Your experience belongs here, whatever form it took. You won’t be grouped with people grieving something different.

Most grief apps offer generic affirmations or basic journaling. Skyzar is an integrated platform: relief tools that often work in minutes, guided content designed for your specific loss, a moderated community matched to your loss type, and optional expert access. Everything is personalized. Nothing is one-size-fits-all.

No. Skyzar is not therapy or a replacement for professional mental health treatment. It fills the gap between sessions with on-demand tools, guided content, and a matched community. You choose the pieces you need. The rest is there when you’re ready.

If you’re experiencing a crisis, please call 911, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or text HOME to 741741 for Crisis Text Line. These resources are all free and available 24/7.

Yes. Everything you do on Skyzar is private. In the community, you choose what to share and whether to use your real name. No one outside the platform can see your activity.

As little or as much as you need. Some days that’s five minutes with a single tool. Some days it’s an hour in the community. Some days it’s nothing at all. There’s no schedule and nothing expires.

That’s exactly why we built Skyzar. You can use the platform entirely on your own: guided exercises, relief tools, and curated content, without ever joining a conversation. The community and experts are there when and if you’re ready.

If Skyzar isn’t helping within the first 30 days, you get a full refund. No questions asked.

If you want to tell us why, we read every message. Email support@joinskyzar.com.

Early access pricing starts at $39/month, billed annually. Every waitlist member gets early access and a 30-day guarantee. If it doesn’t help, you pay nothing.

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. If you’re on an annual plan, you’ll keep access through the end of your billing period. No penalties, no hassle.
